The quickest way is in the app: open the menu, tap Settings, then Delete my data, and confirm. That removes your identity, your name, your sign-in link and your notification address straight away, and your phone leaves the heart. The app goes back to the start screen. You need the internet for this; if you signed in with Google and it asks for a fresh sign-in first, sign in and delete straight after.
Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my data. Write from the Google account you signed in with, or tell us the name you used and roughly when. We'll delete everything within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Your identity, your name, your Google sign-in link, your notification address and your seat in the heart. Nothing about the apps you chose to lock was ever sent to us, so there is nothing of that to delete; uninstalling the app clears it from your phone.
Deleting your data also takes your name out of the heart, unless you are the one who paid for it: if you paid for the heart, your name stays on it, and nobody can remove it from there, since only the payer can remove a member and the payer is gone. Your partner can leave that heart and start a fresh one whenever they like.
Google Play or the App Store keeps its own purchase record under its own policy. If you emailed us, we keep the email until the request is done, then delete it.
Your partner keeps their own account and calendar either way; the nights you shared stay on it as they were.
